Return & Exchange Policy
At Snappy, we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different piece, please contact us at snappy.official.pk@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings (unless defective)
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at snappy.official.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and shipping address
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at snappy.official.pk@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
